Returns & Warranty

  • If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, unused and in its original packaging. This is subject to you specifying a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds will be given when the goods have been returned and we have received them.

  • If the goods are not faulty then the consumer will be obliged to pay the postage and packaging when returning the goods. If the goods are faulty then we will pay/refund the postage and packaging.

  • Quality is very important to us and we put a lot of effort into getting things right, but every now and again a Friday afternoon product can sneak off the production line. We apologise if you have been the recipient of one of these gremlins but please be assured that all products purchased from the fuelling equipment shop are supplied with a minimum 1-year warranty and a no hassle return policy.

We will get back to you as quickly as possible with a resolution to the problem.
